Park Hyatt is a new hotel just 2 years old and fantastic - from the amenities (SPA, Pool, Gym) to the restaurants and the rooms it defiantly exceeded our expectations. We also really appreciated all of the staff and their attitude. Many places are dealing with staffing shortages but we did not notice that at the Park Hyatt and all the staff were amazing.

Location was very good with access to the skycity and facilities nearby. The bed was super comfy and the hotel was very clean and neat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
