Staying in a beautifully restored Newari home was a wonderful experience . Rooms were spacious . There are many stairs to get to the top so we stayed in room 4 as it was not too many stairs and nice view . Staff are all lovely and helpful . Great position only a few minutes walk to the Patan Durbar square

    The plaza was amazing because of all of the history of each...

    The plaza was amazing because of all of the history of each and every building, it was great to have a guide and just be caeful about who is going to be your guide becasue sometimes people will only tell funny stories and fake stories to make you laugh but then you would miss the real history. Also you can see the kumari here from the window

    It's a familial hotel, very close (30m) to Patan Durbar Square (impossible to find a better location in this historical area). The hotel is a traditional building, well preserved, the staff very helpful, thanks to Satish and all of them! The tenant has also a lovely restaurant on the square, where you may enjoy very good food and a fantastic view. If you are interested in a true Nepali experience in Kathmandu, we recommend this hotel!!!

    The most fascinating aspect of this hotel was it's location. You will be living right beside the mesmerizinng Patan Durbar square and the magical alleys. The staff were hospitable. It's a perfect place to get a feeling of the traditional Nepali neighborhood and it's cultural heritage.
