The price paid was really value-for-money while the hotel was closely located to the main areas around Bukit Bintang while at the same being far enough to have some peace and nice sleep. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable - with housekeeping done on a daily basis. It was nice coming back to a fresh room every day after sightseeing, shopping, etc. I warmly recommend this place.

Our stay in Kuala Lumpur was truly unforgettable, thanks to this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive — truly excellent service throughout our stay. The highlight, without a doubt, was the incredible view! Last week i stayed at a Imperial Lexis KL where the service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering thoughtful amenities and local recommendations. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, always ensuring my room was spotless. What really stood out was their willingness to accommodate special requests with a smile. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

    not family friendly as when they ladies are doing the shopping. the kids are left with the guys where we can't even find a place or playground for the kids to spend a few hours without headache. The management should looks into this. :(
