We were blown away and our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Our room was absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The price paid was really value-for-money while the hotel was closely located to the main areas around Bukit Bintang while at the same being far enough to have some peace and nice sleep. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable - with housekeeping done on a daily basis. It was nice coming back to a fresh room every day after sightseeing, shopping, etc. I warmly recommend this place.

    Excellent location, right near KL Sental (although a little confusing to reach there if you are not familiar with the layout of KL Sentral shopping centre - take the arcade that takes you to Nu Sental, and exit through there. The hostel is clean, comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The cafe downstairs is lovely, and the staff are all very accommodating. Cool air conditioning in the rooms.

    I stayed at this hotel for four nights, it was an excellent and unforgettable experience. First, its location is very close to KL Sentral, if you’re planning to use public transportation to visit this city, I would say this hotel will be the first and top choice. Moreover, counter staff Bicky and Fara, housekeeper Kayes, and Liton, all staff are friendly and hospitality, providing the best assistance and service. I will definitely stay at this hotel if going to Kuala Lumpur next time!!!

    Location is great. Right below the KL Sentral Monorail Station. I feel safe around there (up until 10pm.) Inside the hotel is mainly safe too. The bathroom is spacious. The capsule bed is comfortable enough for me (160cm). The staff are great. The guests don't bother anyone. There is a space to pray, quite big too. I recommend this to solo travellers.

    Breakfast menu for all 3 days were great! I like my hotel room at level 12, peaceful and spacious. The hotel is connected to NU Sentral mall and KL Sentral station which is very convenient. If you rely on grab for travelling, the traffic around the hotel is clear and smooth.

The hotel is strategically located near the monorail and within walking distance to the KL Sentral station and Nu Sentral shopping mall. The price is always affordable.
