All staff are so nice and politely. Specially Anne from Front Desk, IRD team, and concierge team are so great with greeting. Thanks so much for the arrangement for room upgrade, appreciate it and for sure will come back next time. Cleanness is wonderful and I guess HSKP did a great job too.     It’s like a similar attraction to Disney but in a smaller scale. It was nice need at least 2 or 3 days to do a lot more because lines are long. Everything closes at 10 no emergency stores nearby so be prepared with food or whatever you need after going to the amusement parks. Don’t forget to rent princess dresses and school uniforms as part of a cute thing. Do your research so you’re not all over the place and forget lol

    K-Drama fans!

    K-Drama fans! I did not go in, but walked the path around the lake that surrounds the island the Castle is on. As a K-drama fan this is all I needed! Got some good photos and enjoyed the lake. If you do want to enter the theme park, it is cheaper to purchase tickets online through the tourist apps. There is an inside area in the mall and also in the mall is an ice-skating rink. Easy to get to on the public buses or subway (lots of steps in subways).

    Omg, I absolutely loved my stay here! 🥰 Everything was super clean, the interior was so stylish, and the whole place just felt so warm and welcoming. The location was amazing — it was perfect for going to KSPO, and Lotte World was also super close! Plus, Seokchon Lake was right there, so I even went for a night walk and it was magical. 💛 I felt happy the entire time I was here. Next time I’m in the area, I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend! 🙌

    The location is amazing with direct access to Lotte World and a number of other shopping malls nearby . The weather was too hot to walk outdoors so it was nice to have the option to walk from malls to malls as they are all connected together .

    The location was fabulous. The proximity to subway station was great. It was close to the Lotte World park, which was one of the important destinations of the trip. The room was extremely comfortable and modern, and the cleaning staff maintained it impeccably. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

    The location of the hotel was only 10 minutes walk to Lotte World where we enjoyed a day in the part. Right next to the hotel was the Lotte Mall where you could basically find all types of shops from luxury brands to Korean popular shops. Food nearby was also fatastic. The hotel and the room were very clean and new. Staff was warm and welcoming. We also enjoyed the pool at the hotel a lot.

    Quiet and handy location, close to Lotte World & Tower and Book Museum nearby, Bus stop to Jamsil Stadium right in front of the building, many restaurants and cafes are very easy to find. The flat was well organised, very comfy and had enough space for a family. Most of all, the host was exceptionally helpful, kind and accommodating our needs with great hospitality!! We would love to recommend this place to everyone who travels around Seoul or Jamsil area. Thank you so much again!!!
