From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.

    I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Nairobi for 3 nights total. As it is a new property the amenities are in good shape. The staff are incredible, very friendly and approachable. Shoutout to Richard and Joseph at the bar as well as the security, reception and breakfast staff. Location is great as the Sarit Centre (mall) is opposite the property so you can get almost anything you need from there. Will definitely stay again if I visit Nairobi in the future.
