The gem of Osaka, a truly unique experience and accommodation. We visited other high-end ryokans and hotels in Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto but this was probably one of the most authentic and memorable places we went. The zazen at 8PM, the bath with volcanic stones, the amazingly comfortable sleep, and Buddhist breakfast the following day felt like a mini retreat from the busyness of Osaka and Tokyo. Domo arigatou to the extraordinarily kind and radiating front desk.

The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. Hopefully, see you soon back.

The Osaka Kurumon market is just a stone's throw away with lots of convenience stores just round every corner. Mimaru itself provides free flow coffee every morning and evening. They even provide free flow of soft drinks from 3pm - 9pm everyday. The hotel also has a gym, ice machine and a vending machine situated on the 2nd floor. Whilst the hotel does not provide breakfast, this was not a problem as our room came with a perfectly equipped kitchen and microwave.

    Excellent location: Just a short walk from the metro station and right near Tsutenkaku Tower — you can even see the tower from your room! Spacious room (by Japanese standards): Much larger than most hotel rooms we've stayed in while in Japan. In-room amenities: The small kitchenette was a nice bonus, and having a washing machine and drying system in the room was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay.

    Much roomier than all of the previous hotels we’ve stayed in so far. It has a couch and a kitchenette. We were pleasantly surprised. Beds were very comfortable. The unit was very clean. Oh and we also had our own washing machine in the unit. The location was great. We walked to Dotonbori shopping precinct in 30 minutes. We found another great shopping precinct with great restaurants, Tsutenkaku Hondori, less than 5 minutes away.

    Compared with many small Japanese rooms under 20 square meters, this loft - style room with three beds can meet the needs of most families traveling. The room is fully equipped with facilities and supplies. There will be no disturbance during your stay. The location is about 500 meters away from two rail transit lines. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Tsutenkaku, and there is a convenience store just downstairs, making it a quiet place amidst the bustle.

    Apartment size larger than usual hotel room (similar price) in Osaka. Got space to open three large luggages comfortably at same time. Got washing machine, thermo ventilator, fridge, kitchenware, good for family travellers. The location is very good. Ebisucho station is within 5mins walk (Exit 3 has a lift between concourse and ground). Tsutenkaku, Tennoji Zoo, supermarket, convenience store are nearby.

    The location is prime. It a few minutes walk to the nearest station (JR and Metro). There's a nearby conbini and a Donki that's also a few minutes walk. Tsutenkaku and the Zoo is also walkable. The room is wide and spacious with tatami rugs. There's a microwave (not in the best condition) and a refrigerator. There's a washing machine in the lobby. We didn't use it but it's there. There's also a nearby coin laundry.
