The room had great views of the park, and it was nice to hear children playing. It is a family hotel so lots of parents with young children. There was a local market on Saturday. Good temple nearby and close enough to Kyoto station to walk. The daily welcome drinks were a bonus, as you could end your day relaxing after a full day sightseeing.

Room was perfect for a family of 3. I liked the luxury aspect. Staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is at 5 min walk of the main station so very practical in terms of location and access to transport.

Customer friendly hotel. Spaceous room with great view on Tokyo from 33rd floor, tasty breakfast with good choice of local and eu menu, friendly and helpfull stuff (thank you), proximity to center and Shimbashi station. Garden Hamarikyu Teien or fish market next to hotel are worth visiting.
