This hotel is awesome, there s everything you need. Staff is extremely kind. Always ready to help you. They also speak English . Room are huge, clean, with large bed. Position was super good. I would defenetly come back next time in Osaka.

Excellent location, just 10 min walking from the metro, 3 min to the Tower. We took a room in traditional style: super cozy and comfortable, with all travelers might need. Meditation practice with a monk was something to remember and a "must try", even, if you are not into meditation. Service is amazing! They left me speechless when they gave me a belated birthday gift (I had a birthday 2 days prior to our arrival and didn't inform the hotel). Staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to help. They are thinking out of the box and anticipating your needs.

    The location and amenities were great. Everything was very modern which made our stay easier and more enjoyable compared to other hotels, there were USB ports to charge your phones and screen share available on the tv. The Lawson out the front was incredibly handy for good, drinks and an ATM. We caught the rapi:t train from Kansai airport and it was a quick walk to hotel, Namba station and Dotonburi were also very accessible so we had no issues getting around.

    I had a japanese style room and it was very cute and clean. The staff I encountered were friendly, the hotel had good complementary products and the shower was nice. It was a really pleasant visit. The location was also very good, right next to Namba Station.

    Great location next to Namba Station. Fantastic views of Osaka skyline from the rooms on the higher floors. As clean and well organised as other APA hotels. Efficient automatic checkin booths. I didn't buy the breakfast so I can't review it.

    Hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. Some of the staff speak better English than others, but there should be no problem communicating. The hotel is a 30 second walk away from a Mini Stop and a 2 minute walk away from a 7/11. Namba Station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There is no laundry machine in the hotel, but there is laundromat less than a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

    The hotel is extremely conveniently located, it's directly connected to exit 12 in Namba station. From Namba station to the hotel is completely underground so even in rainy weather its easy to get to. The facilities are very modern and clean.
