The leisure spaces (bar, restaurant) are superbly fit and the services are impecabile, with some of the nicest personnel we have met in Iceland (the have made dinner reservations for us, presented us with complimentary drinks in our last night and so on).

CanadaMy review is actually for the Hotel Geysir as we were upgraded. We originally booked Litli Geysir as there was 3 and hotel Geysir didn’t have triple rooms and this one did. When we arrived we were moved to hotel Geysir and given 2 rooms at no added charge. Everything was perfect. Staff lovely and accommodating; and food out of this world.

SwitzerlandSolid hotel in the golden circle. Although the check-in works automatically (got an email with the room number and access code (which they change daily)) there was a person at the reception during afternoon/evening. The hot water doesn't smell of sulfur. Nice hot tub

SlovakiaThe hotel itself was cosy. Modern rooms which was nice. Big perk was hot tub outside which can come handy during winter after long day. Another big plus was the receptionist Monika. She was very kind, nice and welcoming. She even gave us some advise on what to see in the area. Overall it was really good experience.

We also got an upgrade and stayed in the new hotel. We had a very good diner in the restaurant at night. Location is fantastic- just across the road from the geothermal area which gives you the opportunity to see it when the crowds are smaller in the evening.
