The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

    THis is a lovely clean hotel in a great location in a leafy street just off of Pondy bazaar which is good for shopping. The staff were really really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We loved the quotes of the day on the board! Thank you pebbles we will come again.

    the apartment is very spacious, very clean and well - provisioned with a full kitchen. The location in T Nagar is convenient to most Chennai attractions, the clothing district and pondy bazaar, and there are grocery stores nearby. The hosts (Balaji and Hari) are attentive and accomodating to any specific requests. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned. The central living space has fans, but no A/C. Just bear this in mind if you visit in summer (July / August).

    Hotel is 7 mins walk to all the shops in T Nagar, Panagal park and Pondy Bazaar. Really nice clean hotel. Great location. Rooms were decent size and had all the facilities that we needed. Staff were amazing and so helpful and attentive. Really pleased with our stay and would recommend to future visitors.
