Welcome and care of all staff members. Room was charming, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Good location for many of the sights and for exiting Shimla avoiding much of the central Shimla traffic.

    - Spend some peaceful time their on the top of mountain. - Be alert of monkeys. - Avoid going their with your own car. Its way much better to use rope way or to hire local taxi as they are expert of steep and narrow roads. You may end up in traffic congestion if carry your own car.

    I had stayed here for a day with my family. This property is located inside the new Shimla city and very close to the pine tree forest. It's a true homestay where all the rooms have access to common areas like living room and kitchen.Rooms were clean and decent. Owners also stayed in the same property and they were always available for any help. Overall it's good place if you are looking for a feel of homestay. It's close to city and also to important tourist attractions like Mall road and jakhu temple.

    Beautiful, boutique like, all wooden english interiors, warm & cozy. Our room had a balcony facing shimla valley, jakhu temple, hills & toy train track. Over all excellent property. Food was one of the best among all Oberoi properties I have stayed. Khudos to Sujata & her team. Hospitality was outstanding. Starting from GM Swati , Front office Manager Raghav & everyone in the hotel treated us as their personal guest.

    We booked for one night at Echor Shimla Hotel, property is very nice and clear. We had a clear view of Mall road, Christ church and jakhu temple from our room. It's no so far from the main market. Hardly 10 minutes from Mall road. Rooms are Centrally heated and they have a gym and a dedicated play area for kids. Definitely will book again.

    The location of this hostel is super convenient in Shimla! Be prepared to walk uphill a bit (but then you are on the side of a mountain). Particularly convenient for walking to Jakhu Temple and strolling to cafes and restaurants along mall road. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable.
