The small touches of lollies, fudge and chocolate won me over. You literally look out over to skellig Michael. We parked our car and walked over the bridge to Portmagee. Two good-sized rooms with double beds, a kitchen area, and a seating area. You share the building with another apartment and use the same front door, but we didn't meet them at all. We went on a Skellig Michael landing tour, and they graciously allowed us to leave our car there. It was a five-minute walk to where you meet the skippers.
