The rooms are absolutely great, spacious, well equipped, with a stunning view, boasting super comfortable beds, softest towels, and stylish bathrobes. 1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History. 2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. 3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions

Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge. The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.
