Great outdoor areas with a lush garden, nice dining area etc. Delicious food and wines. Very friendly and serviceminded personnel who went out of their way to help us with delayed luggage etc.

NorwayBig clean rooms, beautifully renovated old house with quality materials, nice restaruant with good food and excellent georgian wine, friendly english speaking staff at the front desk (she was also covering for the rest of the hotell that needed translation), but first of all the hospitality of the owner who invited us to his dinner party in the renovated cellar, and in the morning took us for coffee and kinkhali, and to Ateni Sioni.

There is good light from the nice large patio windows. The bathroom is clean and shower has good pressure and hot water. There's a kettle and fridge which were appreciated. Location is good, close to Stalin museum, a good restaurant down the street and a grocery store across. It is very quiet. The hosts are amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. The food of the restaurant was one of the best culinary experience we had in Georgia. It is a 20 minutes walk from the Stalin museum but taxi is very cheap. Lia runs the guest house and became our second mother. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The Guest House is 5 minutes walking distance to the Stalin Museum. Lia provided us with fruit and an amazing breakfast. She plays piano beautifully after everyone had breakfast in the morning. I can not recommend this guest house enough! I could enjoy local family breakfast. Of course it is not hotel buffet breakfast but it is important to experience good local breakfast and I could hear sounds of burds enjoy view of mountain even through neighboring houses.
