Location, environment, service are excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and warmth. When I left my phone in a taxi, the staff did their best to help me find it. Special thanks to Mr. Andrei Morari, Mr. Darius and Mr. Basal. When I checked out, I found that I had left something in the safe box. The staff kept it carefully for me until I went to get back it. In a word, it was a great hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in London.

Superb luxury experience. The place manages to create an elegant upscale hotel at the same time avoiding two ever present cliches. Most 5* hotels pretend to be some sort of a palace reminiscence or the opposite, an over designed nauseaus avantgarde mashup. Pan pacific delivers super elegant and modern at the same time. Beavo! Great staff. They managed to keep on smiling, sincerely smiling during my 40 minute search for the room with the best view. very good pool area, amazing breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gestures like sweets and drinks. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home right away. The hotel is truly luxurious, with stunning and well-thought-out decor. I loved the elegant touches of pink and gold throughout, as well as the marble bathroom, which added such a sophisticated feel. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it creates such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a memorable stay. A special thank you to Poppie, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Your kindness and care truly made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to London!

Tower Bridge

Tower Bridge is one of the world’s most iconic bridges and an enduring symbol of London. Identifiable by its two towers, this enormous drawbridge took eight years to build and has been in continuous use since 1894. The main entrance of Tower Bridge Exhibition is located at the North West Tower, where visitors can learn more about its construction.

Take the iconic stroll across the bridge, have a look at the muddy, historic Thames from Mid Span and check out the plaques naming some of the many people who worked on the bridge over the century. It is a pretty easy stroll with a chance to ponder who else has crossed that bridge.

I didn't see the inside of the Bride, but I could've stayed there for hours, just looking at the Bridge. It is an impressive sight. Crossing the bridge and seeing it open while being there was one of the highlights of my trip.

The Tower Bridge is a sight to behold, but tours are very expensive and not very well publicised. We'd heard a lot about catacombs, but couldn't find anyone who knew much about where to find them or whether there were any tours available.

    Great!

Great! You can take the number 15 bus from Trafalgar Square and then walk the bridge and the plaza below. Lots of food and drink options on the plaza below Tower Bridge. We saw some live music there too.

I loved the room! The staff was so nice and helpfull. The bed slept amazing. It’s a 10 minute walk to the station London bridge. The Tower bridge was at the end of the street. If you want to party, it’s by the restaurant and you don’t hear anything of the loud music in your room. I would love to go again someday!

Great location near Tower bridge, interesting alternative to the classic hotels. The barge/ boat is spacious, has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are ideal for families with kids. The highlight was the deck where we enjoyed the morning coffee!!! Love it

I booked this hotel as an end of summer treat - it was midway between Wembley and Tower Bridge where we had booked activities across two days. I booked it for use of the swimming pool at a nearby Bannatynes, which was really warm with a sauna and steam room. Super clean, comfy beds, great air con and incredibly attentive and helpful staff.
