The service is excellent, they make you feel right at home. The facilities are very cozy, and the location is perfect: it's quiet and not crowded, as it’s close to Windsor Castle. The room is spacious, and a big plus is that it includes a bathtub. Breakfast is really good: very complete, with plenty of delicious options. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

An amazing property that resembles an old world class, home away from home, decor. Perfectly and conveniently located (especially for nearby Kingston University). Take a short bus ride or walk into town. Best location ever! All the staff were so warm and welcoming but hands down, Karen was exceptionally lovely. She took the time to tell me about buses, nearby facilities, etc. A true gem!

The hotel was excellent, very modern and clean. The breakfast was all you could ask for, everything is here, cereal, breads, to English breakfast. Outstanding! Also get a 10% discount on your bar and/or dinner bill.

    Great hotel for Heathrow terminal 5. I got the driverless pod from Heathrow airport, which takes you straight to the hotel. The pod takes about 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The pod starts at 4.30am in the morning, and a return journey costs £8.35. It great to be able to leave the Thistle, get the pod, and arrive directly into the airport. Fabulous for early morning flight The hotel was clean and comfortable and breakfast starts at 6am. There is also a carpark on site

    Lovely clean rooms in good condition and friendly staff. We are a family of 5 and booked this last minute after finding out our evening flight was delayed and it would make it difficult for us to get home that same night. We had to book a family room and a double room and the price was very good. Rooms were clean, comfy and a good size. Great value for money and great transport links to Heathrow Terminal 5, with the 703 stopping right outside and getting us to terminal 5 on less than 10 mins

    The accommodation was far in excess of what I needed for a 1 night stay but it was worth paying for the convenience of the direct walkway to Heathrow Terminal 5 and peace of mind knowing that I could stroll over to check-in for my morning flight without the need to bother about traffic or train cancellations.

    Sadly we did not use any hotel facilities and merely used hotel for overnight stay. Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean and tidy. We mainly choose this hotel due to distance to Heathrow Terminal 5. We used taxi and a hop on bus to commute that was very convenient.
