Arrived with a colleague that booked the stay on wrong date and would have to look for a stay elswhere, but the staff took care immediately and found a solution. Very kind, polite and ready to assist in anything. The location coudn't be better escepcially for a tourist because the venue is few minutes walk from all important sights. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super clean. Higly reccomended for visiting Madrid!

Puerta del Sol

Once upon a time, a bear stood next to a strawberry tree – and an icon was born. The statue, ‘El Oso y El Madroño’ stands in this large square and is Madrid’s official symbol. The area is renowned for its clock tower attached to the royal post office, as well as assorted shops, hotels and restaurants. New Year’s celebrations are also held here – according to tradition, the locals eat one grape each time the bell tolls.

    Worst hostel in madrid after paying the money they said im overbooked no room for me and there was a room with confirmed booking and after trouble and hours i get my room first yhey said o need to pay again but after they gave my the room They spoil our trip since the first minute I lost my residance card in the histel one report it Also I found If card and gave to clean lady but when asked the manger or the respondible they said no body report my card or other card and 100000% im sure i reported i found id card I wont rever go again there and recomend to all not to go there becsuse it was the worst experince in the 60 cites traveled

    The centre of the city, to wander around, get into the bar for a drink and tapas, BUT be careful with your bag! Fantástico para caminar, entrar a los bares y tomar algo con unas tapas, eso si, CUIDADO con la cartera!

    The team of Hostal Bianco was very helpful and communicative. They do their best for our comfort stay and store our luggage the last day. The location is perfect in the Barrio de las Letras (el antiguo bar La Venencia ☺) but also short distance on foot to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and Prado Museum. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

    The space and comfort of a full scale flat with cleaning service like in a hotel. We stayed in Madrid for 5 days and needed a place to rest during day time. This place was perfect. Plus, it’s within 10 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. and had nice and friendly staff.

    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable with all the amenities needed. Especially the bathroom impressed us. The breakfast was amazing, much better than what we had anticipated. The hotel is located at the heart of Puerta del Sol and it's walking distance to Museo del Prado and many other attractions. We had the 6th floor comfort room with a terrace and it was very quiet despite being in the center of the city. We'd definitely stay there again.

    Great little hostal with very helpful and friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and the rooms tidy and very reasonably size. It has an outdoor terrace where you can sit and have a red wine or drink and take in the Madrid sunshine or moonlight. It is a good location close to the Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. Highly recommended.

    The apartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is easy walking distance from the palace and Puerta del Sol, but is also in a quieter area, so noise isn't an issue. There's also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hosts are excellent and are happy to help with any questions or suggestions for things to do and see.
