There are few hotels where you can say everything was flawless (except for our key cards not working once), and this is one of them. On top of that the location is excellent being directly in the city centre whilst they manage to keep the rooms wonderfully quiet. The walls were a little bit thin but much better than the typical hotel standard. The bar on top of the hotel was a nice reprieve from the overcrowded bars of Madrid

You can pay €10 to simply visit the 27th floor see the views and take photos or like us you can have a couple of drinks and some great tapas whilst chilling to some great vibes from the DJ. See the whole of Madrid and stand on a glass walkway between two parts of the building . . Come on . . Who would pass on this ?

    The location is super for access to shopping on Gran Via and many restaurants nearby. Many attractions of Madrid are also at a walking distance. The access to the apartment with the app is very convenient and the details like olive oil for cooking, having a juicer in the kitchen and a sufficient supply of toilet paper mean that there is really nothing that you might miss during your stay.

    The hostel is at the center of the city and just a walking distance from all the tourist spots in Madrid like the Plaza Mayor, San Gines, Gran Via, Plaza Sol and more. The hostel is also near the metro (subway) so there is no problem in getting to the hostel and traveling around the city. Their staff are also very much accommodating and friendly. We felt like home staying with them.

    The location was great. The apartment was really central, 2 minutes from La Gran Vía and close to the Subway / Underground station. There were a lot of supermarkets and restaurants close to it. As the name says, it is really handy to explore Madrid by walking. The apartment was really good, confortable for up to 4 people, clean and modern.

    The small apartment is very comfortable and located in the city center of Madrid. For example, the Prado Museum is quite close, and the Gran Viá is just a ten-minute walk away.

    We absolutely loved the hotel. It is a self-check-in hotel in the center of Madrid, close to the Gran Via (1 min walk) and the city center with the Plaza Mayor (10 min), as well as other sights. Although the staff is not always available (usually only in the mornings), they are super friendly, especially the lady who cleaned the rooms. The room is comfortable, with air conditioning, tv, and everything you need. Overall, the hotel is super recommendable.

    The apartment was perfect and the location excellent, right on Gran Vía. The staff were amazing, especially Feliz who welcomed us with great kindness. We even found a welcome note, cookies and fresh water on arrival. Excellent services, including free water from the shared fridge anytime – better than some 5-star hotels!     Great location. Step out of reception and you're at the heart of the Gran Via. This was a one-night stay to get to a flight connection so we profited to visit the area. The building is huge, it could pass as a hotel, by size and name, but it is in fact a backpacker's hostel. Room was smaller than it appears on photos, so no mini fridge, but beds were comfortable. It's a good place for short stays.
