The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pickalbatros Laguna Club hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and great amenities. One standout feature of the hotel was the receptionist, Mostafa. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. His friendly demeanor and professionalism really made a positive impact on my overall impression of the hotel. Another highlight of my stay was the animation team, particularly Alina, Yana, and Mo. They were truly amazing, organizing fun activities and entertainment for guests throughout the day. Their enthusiasm and energy were infectious, and they made sure that everyone had a great time during their stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Pickalbatros Laguna Club hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
