Clean hotel, friendly employees, great location. Felt safe and taken care of. The last day I was suffering from food poisoning (NOT from the hotel food, I didn’t eat there), and they assisted me greatly. They even gave me a complimentary mild meal to calm down my stomach, which was very kind of them.

My stay at The St. Regis was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. One of the standout features for me was the impeccable cleanliness—every corner of the property felt spotless and well-maintained, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The quality of the food, the presentation and the variety offered were all outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful service making each dining experience special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels brand new with a modern yet elegant aesthetic throughout. What truly sets The St. Regis apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend The St. Regis to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable and seamless hotel experience.

Be cautious, as you might be asked to pay in dollars instead of the local currency. In my opinion, it's not worth going inside the pyramid—it's better to enjoy the view from the outside. A key lesson when visiting Egypt is to learn Arabic numbers, as this can help you avoid being overcharged."

    Great apartment! All rooms and the living area are fully air-conditioned, spotlessly clean, and in immaculate condition—exactly like the photos, if not even better. The location is excellent, very close to the City Stars and Almaza shopping centers, which was super convenient. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
