Not far from the airport and liked how private it was. Once inside the building it was so beautiful and serene. Our apartment was on its own floor. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. The kitchen and living area were perfect and our rooms were amazing. The shower was beyond impressive with a rainfall shower head and fantastic water pressure. Iker was extremely hospitable and he made our stay feel welcoming.

I have never experienced such fantastic help Airport transfers were easy I urgently needed a dentist. Staff met me at airport to get my suitcase and took it back to hotel. They also organised a driver to take me to the dentist and he waited for me and dropped me back to hotel ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE! Breakfast was delicious with ecuadorian selections as well

    At this price, the room was fine. Very good breakfast. Easy walking distance to main street and Malecon 2000. I felt safe walking to the hotel in the early evening. The staff printed a map so I could meet the tour guide at the designated meeting point.

    we spent one night in this hotel two times during our trip in Ecuador. In my opinion is it sufficient and nice hotel in very old house in 3th floor. We had really big and nice room with river view and big bathroom. Nice place near Malecón 2000 and street "9 de Octubre" with a lot of shops and restaurants. Hotel is in safe part of the city. We can reccomend.

    Lovely boutique hotel. Great location in Las Penas. Malecon 2000 and restaurants all within walking distance. Very safe area. Quiet at night. Very good breakfast. Very responsive to any concerns or inquiries. Astrid offered us umbrellas as it was raining. 10 minutes drive to the airport.

    The room was confortable (even if we were able to hear our noisy neighbor). The breakfast was good. The hotel is really close to Malecon 2000, which is the place to visit in Guayaquil, and not far from the Parque Seminar and Aerovia (the cable car). We were able to let our luggages as we had a flight late in the afternoon.

    Good modern clean hotel. Safe haven with security guards at the entrance. Restaurant for breakfast and evening meal good and well priced. Staff friendly although only one member of staff spoke English. Good location just opposite park with Iguanas and near to Malecon 2000

    The hotel is like going back in time. All the furniture, curtains, decor is original, from a hundred years ago. it could be a film set. Obviously no elevator. Great location in a very safe area, close to safe bars and restaurants and the Malecón 2000, which is a safe walking area along the river.

    It was spotlessly clean, and right on Avenida 9 de Octubre, which is a busy vibrant street in the heart of downtown. It is less than a 10" minute walk from the Malecon 2000. The apartment was in the back of the building, so there was almost no street noise.
