It was the best hotel experience we ever had as a family of 5. the room was prepared specifically for our needs (the bed arrangement and attention to details) the welcoming host and overall stuff of hotel made us feel so warm and cosy. The room and hotel were tidy. amenities, location, stuff, food, pricing - everything is top notch level. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was truly exceptional! This hotel is a real unique gem, immediately entered my top 3 of best hotels globally (and I travel a lot for work). The rooms are stunning, and the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of art work, there is a beautiful garden and terrace to sit outside and enjoy. The staff are lovely. Honestly everything succeeded my expectations. I will certainly be back, thank you for everything ❤️

Excellent location. Less than 5 mins walk to u bahn spittalmarkt. You could easily walk to Alexander Platz or Potsdamer platz. Rooms were warm comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly.

I liked that near the place are a lot of restaurants or just places to relax. I liked that is a central area that leads easily to a subway or a bus. Adelante personel were veey nice, thumbs up for all of them. When we arrived the person that checked us in was nice enough to explain certain things to us that any tourist would like to know. I loved the room we were checked in but also the place itself.

    The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

    The hotel is very quiet and comfortable, rooms are very clean. The position is excellent because it is in Alexanderplatz, next to the metro/train station (and to other bus stops) and at walking distance (15 min) from the cathedral (Berliner Dom). Breakfast was very good.

    Absolutely loved my room. Very clean and comfortable. Super quiet facing the back. The hotel is at a prime location, close to a lot of great cafes and restaurants. 15 mins walk to Alexanderplatz for example. Can definitely recommend.

    The hotel is clean, modern and very welcoming. Very comfy bed, air con in the room and the shower is very powerful. There's complimentary water, tea/coffee and kettle along with a pair of condoms if you require them... The hotel is right next to an UBahn station and just 500 metres from Alexanderplatz Bahnhoff so that's a massive bonus. Instead of paying €50 for a taxi to the airport it cost €5 for the train.

    Very clean, well presented hotel with lovely staff, it feels like an upgraded holiday inn, very nicely decorated and cosy colours, we loved it here. Nice coffee shop up the road and a tram line right outside, which made it great for getting into Alexanderplatz Good bathroom, raindrop shower, very nice, good bathroom toiletries as well.

    Communication prior to check-in was good, no issues during our stay. Penthouse apartment was just as indicated in the photos and very clean. Shower pressure was great (although agree with another user that a walk-in shower would be better, especially for less agile guests!). Good location for Alexanderplatz and public transport and we really enjoyed having this place as our base for exploring Berlin.

    The location was perfect because we need some place outside the city center so that we can park our car there without the green eco badge that is otherwise required in Berlin. It was a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the tram, so we were at Alexanderplatz within half an hour. Breakfast was rather simple, but it corresponded to the price category of the hotel. The kids was very satisfied with pancake maker :-) We did not suppose good coffee, so we do not surprised - coffee is needed to buy somewhere else.
