Good location for subway users Close to cultural park where Sichuan opera been shown. Nice staffs. They helped me whenever I had problem during travel, specially when I have to put Chinese phone number for reservation, also they searched a lot of information for me. Thanks all staffs Belle and other two nice staffs. This hotel’s interior design is very oriental so that you can feel Chinese mood and feeling. Hope to visit again.

The staff was profesional, effective and friendly. Everybody speaks English. Housekeeping services accurate. Rooms clean and comfy. Guest managament asistence in the lobby bar was appreciated (a coffee after closing hours). Special thanks for Mina and team for a pleasant stay.

    Staff were amazing, I left my mobile in the taxi and was lost during my first night in China. I was helped by some random, kind strangers in a restaurant who assisted me with wifi on my laptop and contacted the hotel.. The staff member traveled down the street to assist and the taxi driver even returned and gave my mobile to the hotel receptionist. The view of the city is amazing from the top floor, the beds are private and the place was very clean. The location is also very good - not far from Tianfu square and several coffee shops.

    The hotel was like 10 mins walk to Tianfu Square & metro station. The bed & pillows were awesome. This hotel chain is well managed, the room that i had was big too. So was convenient for me and the kids.

    Hotel location is central located though the nearest metro still need around 12 mins walking. A walking distance of within half hour could reach nearly ALL landmarks like, People's park, Tianfu Square and Chengdu Museum etc. Breakfast choices is enough but most of the hot dishes are only just warm, and its really not nice to enjoy halfly cold breakfast in this cold weather in the morning. Reception staff and front desk manager are very helpful to us giving good suggestions for our city tour.

    The hotel is in a beautiful old building right next to Wenshu Monastery. It is close to the city centre, and you can easily walk to a lot of places such as Tianfu Square and the People's Park. It is also close to a metro station. The room was also beautiful, although a little cold. Unfortunately, the WiFi wasn't great, and I struggled to get a connection. Breakfast was really good.
