Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay! Place is very cosy, they also have great breakfast included. Location is near public transport station, but you can also reach city centre easy just by walking couple minutes. Thank you and good luck :)

The view from this hotel is beyond amazing! My stay was exceptional - the room was ready for me early, very clean and tidy. The binoculars in the room were a lovely touch. The staff were all friendly and efficient - they helped me organise a last minute private tour of the city within two hours of my arrival. Loved the lobby and had a perfectly mixed Bloody Mary at the bar there. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the city centre and the train station. All in all a great hotel, worth every penny.

The best thing is the world class hospitality by the staff. They are awesome, kind, and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. The second thing is the location, just in front of the station Wakedorf. The third thing is the very happening common area. It is fun to have drinks, play games, and nice big teddy to cuddle.

    I liked the location as it was convenient and can take buses to city centre or train to Bern station and other towns. The hotel windows block out noise well. Appreciate the gym in the hotel too, small but functional. It also has a Co-op at the ground floor, and a larger one at Wankdorf stadium .
