The room was impeccable, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The receptionists did an amazing job, were super helpful and answered lots of our questions about the stay and the city. The central location made it super easy to head down to the historic city center. The distance from the central train station was optimal too, that let us travel to other cities without any difficulties. The AC in the room and the complimentary water was much needed for the hot days of summer we encountered.

The Hotel is so chic and stylish, the decor and the whole vibes is so hip and cool. We went to Brussels for my birthday and the hotel had left a birthday card in our room for me and a coupon for two complimentary drinks, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Also we encountered a minor hiccup one night due to issues with the water pipes but the hotel's prompt response was impressive. They immediately sent a technician to resolve the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, gifted us a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The attention is great and the rooms are so spacious, yet cosy somehow. The hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby park and the train station within easy walking distance. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel for future visits and will seek out The Hoxton in any other city I explore.

The stay was great. I loved the room, the spacious bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. I cannot remember the time that I slept that well! I was feeling safe and comfortable the whole stay. Thank you very much for uplifting my Brussels experience!

    This historical center of the city has gorgeous flamboyant gothic artitecture around a large open square. Unfortunately, with the push of commerce, selling of ceap trinkets, etc, the city is ruiningg its biggist star plaza.

    Great location, near to Rogier underground station and only a 10 minute walk or so to the Grand Place. The room was extremely clean, and the bed was so comfortable I had a wonderful sleep. The coffee machine is a nice touch, as is the free bottles of water. It is a wonderful hotel and I will stay here again when I return to Brussels.

    The hotel’s easy access was the main highlight. Located right next to Brussels Central Station, I was able to walk there in just five minutes. In addition, its proximity to the Grand Place and other city attractions makes the stay even more convenient. Excellent value for money — I highly recommend it!

    The location was great, being right in the old part of Brussels and only about 300 metres from the Grand Place. Amenities included washing facilities and breakfast. The metro station was close by as were shops and restaurants. Our apartment was clean and well appointed with cooking facilities, a private bathroom and a fold away bed that converted into a couch.

    You couldn't want for a better location. The hotel is so close to the Grand Place and to the Central Station it made navigating the city an absolute breeze. The staff were all so friendly and helpful they are a real asset to the hotel. Lovely to stay in a building with such history too. If we ever go back to Brussels we will 100% stay here again!     We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! The decoration is beautiful, and our room (for three people) was spacious and modern. They even prepared a bed and a water bowl for our dog, along with a guide including an emergency vet number — such a thoughtful touch. The location is also great, just a 15-minute walk from the Grand Place in Brussels. Highly recommended!

    Walking around the city center is easy, start with the Grand Place and from there the Manneken Pis is really close. The surrounding streets are lovely, make sure you discover all of them while you can try many chocolate places and beer bars. If you book a room in the city center you don't even have to spend on public transport too much.
