Everything was perfect, really, I cannot imagine a best hotel in Baku to stay. Right in the center, super clean, delicious breakfast, gorgeaous rooms and extremely friendly staff. Nothing to complain about, would stay here again for sure

Excellent hotel!! We loved our stay at home boutique hotel and they really made us feel at home! ❤️ Everyone in the staff was very professional, helpful and always treated us with a smile. Room was super clean and comfy. We enjoyed the traditional Azerbaijani breakfast with a huge spread of fruits and local sweets. The hotel is very conveniently located with only 10-20mins from Baku City Center and from most of the attractions in Baku. There are supermarkets and many eateries within walking distance. I can safely recommend this hotel to anyone visitng Baku. Thanks to Elmar, Seva, Tural, Ildarim and everyone at the hotel for making our stay extra memorable! 👏🏼

I love this hotel very fun. The room is so comfortable, perfect location to walk around Baku Old Town. Basically nearby everything. The staffs is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed my stay in Baku.

    We had an amazing stay at Sapphire City Hotel. The location is superb - on Nizami street, extremely close to Fountains Square and the Old Town. So many options for food and shopping within walking distance. The staff is super kind and friendly - they made sure to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommended.

    The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient (walking distance to the seaside boulevard, the Fountains Square and underground station Sahil). There is a bonus: quite a decent breakfast. Lack of an elevator is a minus, but the staff helped me to carry my luggage up and down the 3rd floor.

    Very nice small hotel on a great location, close to Fountains square and the Baku Bulevard. Serving decent breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff (Abbas).Only minus: the beds are quite stiff/hard. Excellent price - quality; recommended.
