The staff were fantastic! They really care and welcome their guests as family. They go out of their way to accommodate and support your needs. The breakfast is so generous and excellent. I cannot day enough of the manager, he is professional, knowledgeable and so kind. I will definitely be back!

    The staff was not accommodating.

    The staff was not accommodating. As a tourist and my first time there, I didn't know where to buy the ticket or the rules of the museum such as not allowed to take photos or to leave our bags in the locker even with valuables in it. I found the staff rude and lazy, most on the phone and laughed at mishaps such as me taking photo of the carpet and bringing my backpack inside. Anyway, the carpets were great, I was able to read about the designs and origins and appreciate local modern art as well.
