We were extremely satisfied with the hotel. It was definitely more than what the pictures showed. The friendliness of the staff, the excellence of the breakfast, and its location being just a 5-minute walk from both the train and metro stations… In short, we left the hotel more than happy after a 3-night stay with our 3-year-old daughter. Thank you again for everything, and we hope to visit again!

The room we stayed is standard 3 person room and it has enough space for walk and sit and move freely. Room cleaned daily and very through. All the stuff was very helpful. Reception is fast and organized. Breakfast is decent, maybe they didn't have many choices but everything is fresh and good quality. Ambience of the hotel very charming, I think it's an old but renovated building but it has a certain cozy feeling. Location of the hotel very good 20 min walk away from old town and 5 min away from train station. If I visit Vienna again I'll definitely stay here again.

We just love the place! Rooms are beautiful, the food was so delicious, that we didnt really want to stop eating. But the staff members are, what makes the huge difference from other hotels. We have never felt so welcomed and taken care of. We are deffinitely comming back! Thank you so much, for making our stay so great and showing us the real profesionalism and passion about your work. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I slept on, and the pillows were fantastic as well. The bathroom and the shower were huge, modern and well-functioning. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The air-conditioning in the room was super good which helped as we stayed during the heatwave. Location is really good too, you can be in the centre within 10-15 minutes walking, and there are many public transport options super closeby. The whole place looks like a museum rather than a hotel! You can spend an hour admiring just the reception area and the ground floor. 10/10 would recommend!
