Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We traveled with two six year old and lots of luggage and despite being busy this was one of the nicest places we stayed in Dubai

Location, 4 minutes walk to metro, Very convenient. Suites were cleaned everyday by very polite staff and all supplies replenished. Very well done. Breakfast robust (you can order your own omelettes too). I also liked the smell of the hotel generally. Staff arranged fireworks viewing from the terrace on the 6th floor on New year's eve, we watched all 3 locations of fireworks except the Burj Khalifa one. That's exceptional! I got checked in early at 11am instead of 3pm. That was very kind. Staff were very helpful. Thank you!

    This is one of the must-visit malls in Dubai.

    This is one of the must-visit malls in Dubai. If you're in Dubai, just visit it since it's within the route of the Dubai Metro Red line. It has the world famous Ski Dubai. To me personally, I love visiting their food course as they have the most variety of selections of food outlets.

    Our experience at the Mall of the Emirates was exceptional. With an impressive selection of shops, world-class dining options, and fantastic entertainment choices, it's a shopper's paradise. Ski Dubai, the indoor ski slope, is a unique attraction. Conveniently located and offering a great shopping experience, it's a must-visit in Dubai.

    If you go early its very quiet.

    If you go early its very quiet. I feel like MoE has played a key part in our lives since we moved to Dubai. From summer camp at Ski Dubai to family dinners at Din Tai Fung or the usual Friday morning grocery shop its like home. Fast to adapt to covid we always feel safe and comfortable there.

    This hotel is small but has all the services including a small pub at the ground floor nice to have a beer before going to sleep. Position also is pretty convenient since it's few steps away from Mall of the Emirates. I stayed there in August and price was really convenient!
