We had no reason to leave and immersed ourselves in the experience for several days of hiking, swimming and relaxing. If you enjoy hiking and aspire to hike the Central Drakensberg mountains, this is THE place to stay.

Boasting mountain views, The Cottage on the Corner offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 600 metres from Himeville Museum. The attention to detail was exceptional. I wanted for nothing.

Ouhout Cottage was spacious, rustic yet tastefully decorated and clean. Staff were polite and assisted in any manner or form. The Farm Stall was a delight and were privileged to watch them milk the cows up front. Well worth it, book early to avoid disappointment. Professionally run establishment which only lends to a better experience.
