We enjoyed everything, the hotel, its good location, the very welcoming and polite owners and staff. We felt at home from the first moment. Robert offered us bahn mi when we arrived, he booked for us an activity and taxi to Danang at a lower fare compared to Grab. We were offered typical deserts when we checked out! I have no words to describe the whole experience in Hoi An; the hosts Robert and his wife made it even more special! The room was very clean and I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in the old town, nearby the river.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and asked us everyday whether we had any questions or concerns. The room was spacious, clean and the facilities were great!

The manager upgraded our room. The property had a Christmas lighting ceremony, which had complementary cocktails and appetizers.

Resort bellissimo! Il nostro bungalow (505) era super spazioso con un letto immenso! Dava sulla bellissima piscina. Buffet di colazione di grande qualità e con una grandissima scelta. Anche il ristorante era ottimo. Personale gentile e super disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille per tutto!!

L'hotel è bello anche se un po' fuori dal centro (ma cmq sono10 min a piedi...il problema è quando piove🙄)! Ho chiesto di cambiare camera perché era rumorosa e gentilmente lo hanno fatto..Ho avuto una camera molto grande e più tranquilla 🙏Lo staff è stato carinissimo e sempre disponibile anche se a volte abbiamo avuto problemi a capirci(anche col traduttore 🤦)! La colazione e il ristorante sono ottimi!

The amenities were great with minibar in room, and everything from a fitness center, a pool, as well as a restaurant available on-site. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with Indochina style.
