Brand new hotel only opened six days when we stayed, rooms were spotless and you could still smell the fresh paint. Some staff were still in training, however all staff were kind and courteous whenever i interacted with them. Farmingdale is a lovely town.

My mom and I have been traveling for almost 20 days in the NY region and, with any doubt, Mr Wilfred and Mrs Veda were the most interesting people we have met during those days. Add to this, Arbor house was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! We stayed at the Champagne room and everything was perfect, the cleaning was SUPERB, "germany style". The decoration is unique. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a memorable experience in the region.

Located within walking distance to the village of Montauk, this resort is adjacent to Main Town Beach. It features a large sun deck with beautiful ocean views and an indoor pool. What a superb location - the Atlantic Ocean directly opposite the room, with direct access to the beach via a sliding door to the balcony, and the lovely town located a short walk from the room via the entrance door. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean! The magical sunset. The endless beach in both directions.
