The luxurious Shangri-La Far Eastern,Taipei, features spectacular views of Taipei 101 and the city skyline. The offers a rooftop pool, a fitness centre and a spa. Rooms were very nice! Breakfast was great as was the ambiance.

Good location - within 3 minutes walking distance from MRT Xinbeitou Station Exit 1. There are convenient stores, fast food restaurants (McD, KFC) and business area near the resort. 2. I got free room upgrade! Sauna and private hot bath tub are provided in my room. Bathroom and toilet are separated in the room. Room is huge enough and Japanese style toilet bowl. 3. Facilities are in good condition. I like the shampoo and body wash provided. Welcome cookies are provided in room. 4. Room is clean. 5. There are 3 hot spring pools in the public bath area - Cold tub (18C - 19C), Jacuzzi bath (38C - 39C) and hot tub (42C - 43C). Bath areas and storage are provided in the public bath area. After the taking the onsen, you can enjoy tea time and drinks provided by the resort. 6. Good breakfast and it was nice. 7. The hotel is near to few attractions - Public Library, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, etc (However, Thermal Valley is a little bit far from the hotel) 8. Overall good! Highly recommend you to spend most of your time here to enjoy to the fullest possible.

Moodne hotell Metro asub Taipeis, 8-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Xingtiani templi metroojaamast. The staff were very helpful and understanding. The bed was huge and comfortable and the hotel is just around the corner from 24hr convenience stores and bus stops/train stations. We basically just slept in the room, ate the hotel buffet breakfast and showered in the room which was good value for money, then spent the days exploring gorgeous Taipei.
