The lady-owner was from the first minute so in detail, she helped us with everything! All the meals were delicious and the bungalow was so cute and practical. The pool was beside us and the sea just one step away, the perfect combination! We relaxed and were relieved from any concern, cause she even organised the motorbike for us!

Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima , ordinata in una delle baie più belle e tranquille dell’isola. Il personale è gentilissimo, pronto ad ogni richiesta e volenteroso di aiutare e rendere il soggiorno gradevole. Un grazie a Shot, al Manager e a tutto lo staff per l’accoglienza e la gentilezza con cui siamo stati accolti durante il soggiorno. La nostra camera era al primo piano vista mare, bella e luminosa, ogni giorno pulita con cura. Colazione inclusa e ottima. Molta scelta con menù personalizzati e freschissimi curato tutto in ogni dettaglio. La sera abbiamo cenato sempre in struttura , cucina ottima, ingredienti freschi e ottimo pesce! Tutto preparato con attenzione al dettaglio! Possibilità di affittare scooter tramite la struttura ad un buon prezzo e disponibilità del manager ad organizzare gite e spostamenti a richiesta! Consigliatissimo!

La Villa at Serenity è una villa fronte spiaggia con vasca idromassaggio sulla terrazza all'ultimo piano e cucina all'aperto. Il WiFi è fruibile gratuitamente in tutte le aree. Beautiful view, amazing rooftop terrace with BBQ and Jacuzzi. The beds were so comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. Staff in the hotel was very nice as well and the food was great there.

Located along the beachfront with a private entrance. This villa features a unique private Jacuzzi and barbeque terrace area, lofty living room, a full kitchen / dining facilities and fully... The location very good facilities inside the villa 100% good 👍 the service by the staff was amazing and helpful. We met the owner Mr. Mike very nice guy. I recommend 100% on this location in Villa of Mr. Mike. We forgot one of our bags in the villa we call to Mr. Mike and straight send stuff to the ferry to bring us back our bag. I’m highly recommending about this place and I will definitely come back to visit ❤️🙏

Tranquillità, colazione abbondante, gentilezza, camera sempre pulita, acqua in camera tutti i giorni, piscina sul mare e asciugamani, centro massaggio direttamente in spiaggia ( bravissime), piccolo Minimarket con prezzi abbordabili, mare e spiaggia del resort stupendo!

Chivapuri Beach Resort is located on the stunning Klong Kloi Beach in Koh Chang. 1. The Staff!!! - We were looked after so well by the staff especially Supu, Aki, Tam and Khetta. Our kids really miss them and they went out of their way to look after us. Lovely people and really made the trip so enjoyable for us due to their friendliness and kindness. 2. The Location - being at the end of the road means it's very quiet and relaxed. If you like being away from it all and don't mind not being near any shops this is the place for you (some nice little bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance) 3. The Layout of the hotel/resort means you can feel very private and quiet in your room but meet other guests at the restaurant/bar and pool which is a good balance. The pool is perfect balance of being fun for kids and adults and you can sit on the loungers and watch one kid in the pool and one of the beach which is perfect for parents' reading time.
