This is mostly due to water temperature, it's perfect. Spa amenities are good, nothing out of this world, but just enough so everyone can enjoy. But water temperature raises this to unbeatable experience during winter months. Staff is really nice, polite and helpful.

We really appreciate that they have 24/7 reception and we were able to check-in in the middle of the night after a long road trip! The room was perfect with very modern design&furniture and the windows were very good, not even hearing a lawn mower or the church bells from across the street! Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly!
