I must mention Lucine from the reception staff who was attentive and accommodating, she truly made our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her genuine care for making our stay exceptional.

Dotato di un bar e la vista sulla città, THE GEM BOUTIQUE HOTEL è un alloggio ubicato a Beirut a 300 metri da Via Gouraud. The hotel is very clean with great ammenities and nice balcony that overlooks a lively street and a peek at the waters on the right. There is so much to do on our street alone with endless restaurants, cafes and bars. They even offered a full snack and beverage bar daily and free breakfast. We couldn't take advantage as we have booked a private tours for the 3 days that included breakfast. The owner was very accommodating and to have breakfast prepared for us before their normal breakfast time! As mentioned, we booked a private customized tour to go to the places that we've wanted to visit in Lebanon with the recommendation of the hotel owner. We loved the tour and our guide, Yaya. He was more than accommodating and even took us to more places than we agreed upon and took us to his favorite local spots. Overall, our visit was amazing and the hospitality of the Lebanese was wonderful. We would definitely recommend to our friends ad family.

Pools also great, clean and at the perfect température. Also Great food options, from breakfast buffet to à la carte. Staff very pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. Everyone , from the front door entrance to the the front desk personnel are truly exceptional. Found each one to be very helpful and they truly go out of their way to make you not only feel welcomed and comfortable , but also ensure that all of your needs are met, whether you need a car for hire, or a dinner reservation, etc.
