Without any exaggerating I’d love to say the it was the most thoughtful host I ever had. The apartment is quite big, clean, everything you need is there (+ a lot of coffee drips, bottles of water, matcha, hair dryer!). Additionally I want to add that the host had helped me and my boyfriend with the lost luggage. He called the delivery company himself (because we do not speak Japanese) and ask them to deliver the luggage to our next destination. Thank you very much! It was a pleasure experience.

Well situated in Tokyo, Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. The staff was not just polite, but friendly. They answered any questions we had, like how to use the washing machine. When we needed our trash emptied or more toilet paper etc, our requests were answered promptly.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in while travelling around Japan. I have never slept in a bed so comfy!! Place was spotless and the staff were lovely to deal with. It was only 2 minute walk from the subway and trains.
