This place is a true gem, Andy and the crew made us feel right at home! Great atmosphere, even better food! We had three perfect days on the slopes in March and this place was our perfect base. Plenty of space and very comfortable for bigger groups or families. Concierge team started a whatsapp chat group a day prior to check in and were responsive throughout our stay with any questions we had.

Included dinner & breakfast were excellent. It's 20 minutes from Kiso-fukushima station, but they have shuttle service. 3:30pm or 5pm from train station to the ryokan. 9:30am from the ryokan to train station (there's only one shuttle service in the morning). You need to arrange shuttle service before you arrive. It's surrounded by beautiful mountains. I would stay again if I come back to Kiso-fukushima.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and provided us with the best service and we felt very welcomed. Delicious breakfast that changed every day. Definitely coming back here if we are in Hakuba again. Pension Belnina si trova a Hakuba, nella regione Nagano, nelle vicinanze di Stazione sciistica Happo One e Autostazione di Hakuba Happo. It was cute/quaint and had character! Excellent location, shuttle stops for all the mountains were a five min walk or less, as were the ski rental shop and many restaurants. Loved hanging out in the common room. And most of all we LOVED Taka, he was the best. Such an amazing host. Definitely would stay here again if I came back to Hakuba and definitely would recommend to a friend.

Situata a 10 minuti di auto dalla località sciistica di Hakuba Happo-One, la Pension Tomato offre spaziose camere in stile occidentale con zona loft. Close to the main road, amazingly friendly staffs, good size room with bath. Fridge, washing machine, ensuite bath, big kitchen space were available. We had 4 single beds in our room and was big enough for all 4 of us. The bed was comfortable too. The onsen in the shared area was also nice. You had to make reservations in advance to secure a 45min slot. One was only inside but the other had both inside and outside baths.
