Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. I had a 2 night stay in Konanso. The staff is very welcoming and polite, maybe it helps that i speak Japanese. However, they also speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean and with wonderful views. There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Everything is amazing, the staffs are well trained and genuine. I would definitely come back.

Situato a Shizuoka, in un edificio di interesse storico risalente a 100 anni fa, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria JR di Ito, l'Historical Ryokan Hostel K's House Ito Onsen offre vasche... THE MOST MEMORABLE STAY IN JAPAN! I've changed 3 hostels, 2 ryokans, and this is definitely the best one!!! IT'S A HIDDEN GEM. AND I honestly hope it stays that way so I can book it on my next trip to Japan and stay here longer. YOU get access to two private onsens, one on each floor, and one public onsen on the ground floor, that I honestly even loved more than the private ones. Everything is super clean, taken care of with love and the staff is super nice, and they speak English in case you don't speak Japanese! The rooms are incredible, I loved sleeping on the futon, there was enough space in rooms for everybody to leave their luggage, and in the kitchen you could help yourself to free tea, coffee, jams, bread etc. The kitchen has everything you need, and you can even do laundry. Everything you need is there. The views from the room, and especially from the common room are incredible! They have a kotatsu, and books you can read. There's at least 5 sections in the common area in case you want privacy. Honestly the best ryokan ever. And it's affordable!!!

Urasa Cottage @ Snow Countryside si trova a Minami Uonuma, a 29 km da Comprensorio Sciistico di Gala Yuzawa e 25 km da Maiko Snow Resort. Lovely new house! Room was huge and we could use the kitchen and living room downstairs. The host came to pick me up at the train station and offered to drive me back next morning, and also presented a gift of a bottle of sake. Very satisfied!

The room was impressively spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the high-quality furnishings – every detail was carefully thought out.

Ubicato a Hakuba, a 16 km da Tsugaike Ski Resort, 白馬の黒馬 DarkHorse @Hakuba propone un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una sala comune e un bar. Andy and his team were incredibly welcoming and super helpful. Everyone was friendly and spoke English. One of the Hakuba ski resorts is in walking distance and the food at dark horse was outstanding. The hotel is super clean, beds are incredibly comfortable, it’s nice and and warm everywhere, and dogs are welcome. We’ll be coming back for sure.
