Located in the commercial district of Shmeisani, Hilton Amman is contemporary designed hotel within a walking distance from shopping centers. My experience was excellent in this hotel. The staff was great especially Muneer in the reception. I got upgraded in the room with an additional free breakfast. Rami the restaurant manager was attentive and professional as well as his staff. Each and every staff made sure to greet all guest with a smile and show them a personalized good experience. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The in room dining was excellent as well. the whole atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious and I am definitely coming back.

Staff was incredibly friendly and caring, very professional, making us feel extremely welcome. I loved sitting in the backyard in the evening around the pool for a drink. The occasional visit of the hotel cats made these moments specifically beautiful and created a feeling of home that made our stay even more special. Everything was wonderful.

Very kind, very professional, so special. Two of us were celebrating our wedding anniversary and your people went far, far beyond our dreams and expectations. They made us fell like we celebrated this occasion with family and friends, thanks for that. We will remember this forever. Flowers, gift, everything! Unfortunetly, we don't remember all staff names, but our dinner at Zenith was memorable thank to Sohaib. And during our last day breakfast we were surprised again by a delicious love pancake and wishes and best spa treament that we ever had. We travel a lot, but this place is on the very top of hospitality.

The hotel’s lobby and coffee service were very welcoming. The restaurant is another key to their success, offering a variety of delicious food. The waiters are friendly, and the hotel’s manager is very active, always providing service with a smile and joy. I regret not taking their names. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman you will never regret the money spent. I will always choose to stay here.
