We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

Välibasseini ja merevaatega Virdamuri - Etna Country Resort on hiljuti renoveeritud apartement, mis asub Giarres, 27 km kaugusel Taormina köisraudteest Mazzaro jaamast. Amazing property - our favourite place we stayed on Sicily! Lella is a wonderful and welcoming host. She was helpful throughout our time and provided numerous recommendations for restaurants, wineries, Taormina, and even an area to go for a run. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained with a great pool and views of Etna. It feels secluded and quiet. Room was great and very spacious.

Dimora Cottanera asub Castiglione di Sicilias, 41 km kaugusel Taormina köisraudteest - Mazzaro jaamast. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja aed. There is nothing not to like! It’s simply amazing! Surroundings are beautiful, the facilities are of the top notch, the staff is very nice and welcoming! Starting from our communication on details of arrival, through check-in and induction on facilities by Federica, assistance in booking of nearby restaurant, and next morning- breakfast and check-out by Serena - all was great, and if we ever get back to Sicily - this will be one of main reasons!

Hiljuti renoveeritud kodumajutus Villa Rita Pool & Spa asub Mascalucias, 14 km kaugusel Catania Piazza Duomo väljakust. Kohapeal on lõpmatuse bassein ja mäevaated. Amazing facilities. Great sauna and spa. Clean. Great breakfast (finally not only a piece of cake with coffee). German quality. Lovely staff. Vulcano view from the room was great! 🤩

Locanda Milia asub Ragalnas, 27 km kaugusel Catania Piazza Duomo väljakust. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja restoran. The location, very cozy in the woods, fresh air, and of course, very attentive and friendly staff! They have very cute foxes visiting every evening for the snacks!

Villa Gloria asub Gaggis, 12 km kaugusel Taormina köisraudteest (ülemine raudteejaam). Basseini ja aia vahel on vaade mägedele. Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect, in the middle of a lot of greenery, trees and scenery.
