I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.

Taj Guras Kutir Resort & Spa, Gangtok asub Gangtokis, 8,2 km kaugusel Ganesh Toki vaateplatvormist. Kohapeal on spordikeskus, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja restoran. The breakfast location was great, with a view of the Kanchanjunga. (Unfortunately, it was fogged in and not visible during our stay). The food had a great variety and they menu varied every day. Plus, they made fresh dosas and omlettes. The dinners were also excellent, varied menu during our four-day stay. We would particularly like to recognize the staff, who were ever helpful and polite. Divya and Pem deserve special mention. At our dinners, Divya was sweet and attentive to our every need and comfort. Pem was similarly very attentive to our needs, particularly, Kadha in the mornings as I had developed a cold. All in all, an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the Taj Guras.

Most comfortable room in India. This hotel was of the standard of a western hotel. The managers were excellent and the hotel was efficiently run. They helped with organising taxis, laundry and other advice. The restaurant and kitchen was wonderful. Fantastic vegetarian food. The gentleman in charge of the restaurant who has worked in various establishments all over India was informative about the menu to western visitors and suggested dishes. Great shower, comfy bed

The room on the first floor is big enough for two. Beautiful views from the balcony and the window. If the weather is clear the view of the peaks is mesmerizing. Food is available and tastes good.
