The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

Coming from a tropical island, we were welcomed by the breathtaking views of lush greenery and the serene hill station atmosphere, which was a delightful surprise. Mr. Santosh made the booking process smooth and provided helpful advice throughout our stay, and we can’t thank him enough for his assistance. The check-in was seamless, and we were immediately made to feel at home by the incredibly friendly staff. The room was not only spotless but also cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after our journey. A special mention to Mr. Ramprasad and Mrs. Trupti, who went above and beyond with their hospitality. They truly made our stay feel special with their warmth and attention to detail, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Mrs. Trupti’s cooking was absolutely divine—each meal was a treat, and we savored every bite. The hotel’s location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful hills and close to attractions like Venna Lake and Mapro Garden, offering a peaceful and scenic environment. We also felt safe and well-cared for, with the staff always available to help.

Aia ja aiavaatega Symphony Apartments at MIHAN Nagpur on hiljuti renoveeritud apartement, mis asub Nagpuris, 16 km kaugusel Vidarbha kriketi assotsiatsioonistaadionist. Location just off the national highway was exceptional from our point of view. We are on a road trip with Nagpur as one of the halts on our way. Accordingly, the situation of the apartment adjacent to the highway we came in in and were to take the next morning was ideal from our point of view.

I mean the property is set in such a quaint location with a vineyard backdrop,cattle grazing,local kids playing around that it just makes for a whole experience,not forgetting the our big sized rooms with a pool and DJ set up right outside our door that we partied till 5 am in the morning.Our host had been amazing at receiving us,helping out with our late night food order and local sightseeing the next day.Over all would recommend this place totally.
