Ottimo resort dove ho passato una vacanza da sogno. Il resort si trova a 10 mininuti dall'aereporto. L'attenzione al cliente è molto elevata, il cibo abbastanza variegato,l' animazione al top. Tutto lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Una menzione speciale per Mamhoud e per il manager che mi ha fatto trascorrere un soggiorno indimenticabile. Grazie per tutto.

Il recente Steigenberger Alcazar sorge a Nabq, a circa 15 minuti dall’Aeroporto Internazionale di Sharm el-Sheikh. Tutto perfetto,il ristorante generale ottima qualità del cibo,ottimi anche i ristoranti interni,servizio in camera ed in spiaggia perfetto. Servizi dell’albergo ottimi da 5 stelle Personale molto gentile in particolare i ragazzi del Kids club Ideale per chi viaggia con bambini Buffet di ottima qualità così come i ristoranti all interno della struttura in particolare mi sono piaciuti il ristorante greco e quello brasiliano rispetto ad altri ma per il semplice fatto di non aver avuto giorni sufficienti per provare gli altri

The team graciously added an extra chaise lounge for us so we could fully enjoy the sea view. Breakfast was a standout experience. With multiple venues to choose from, each with its own ambiance, we were spoiled for choice. A special thank you to Christophe Laplaza, Head of Food and Beverage, who recommended we try a new venue for breakfast at Yatai restaurant. It was a serene and scenic delight — fantastic food, tranquil atmosphere, and impeccable service. The gluten-free options were impressive, and the fresh fruit selection was vibrant and delicious. Each breakfast spot had its own charm, and the quality was consistent throughout. Snorkelling just off the hotel’s beach was a highlight — crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral, and marine life that made for an unforgettable experience. We also went on a snorkelling excursion arranged by the hotel and were lucky enough to spot dolphins — a truly magical moment. All in all, this was a serene, luxurious, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. The Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh continues to set the standard for excellence — and we can’t wait to return.

The aqua park is accessible to the rooms if you have young kids they can go easily, the staff are really friendly especially Mr.Ahmad Saffan who was really helpful during our stay and made our vacation valuable with his professional attitude and follow up.The big wow in this resort is the staff
