Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Pickalbatros Villaggio Aqua Park - Portofino Marsa Alam menawarkan penginapan 4-bintang di Marsa Alam City dan mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran dan pusat... Very good hotel on the beach. It is part of a big complex, the length of the beach walk is around 1km. Most part of the beach is with rocks, but there is also sandy beach which is good for kids near the big restaurant ( Soprano ). There is also a pier to the deep water, but it was mostly closed beacuse the wind. Beacuse of the big area there is a bus line between the reception and the big restaurant in every 20 minutes and sometimes a little sightseeing train also takes guests around the hotel. We had 3 reservations for different type of rooms and asked to be close to each other, they were able to give us rooms close to each other in higher standard rooms and we got those better rooms without additional charge. Late checkout also was not a problem. The staff is very polite and everybody speaks English. I liked that the staff starts to speak to us in English not in Russian. Also a good thing that it is enough to tell to the agents ( massage, trips etc ) 'no thanks' once. There are enough bars, we did not had to wait for the drinks. In some of the bars there is a drink list with some basic cocktails ( pina colada, mojito, long island etc ) included in the All incl plan, we have tried some and they were unexpectedly good. There are about 20 pools, some of them is heated, the water of the slides is already heated. There is a free usable wifi in the entire hotel. Very good for families with kids ( suitable beach, slides, 4 person bicycles, ice cream at snacks restaurant etc ). The food was good, there is enough selection.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful-modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. Our swim-up room was the highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing right outside our door. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was calm and elegant, and the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and professional-always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the restaurant by the pool-it became our go-to place each day. The food, the setting, and the service there made every meal feel special. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. We felt truly taken care of and would come back without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway.

Second time here for us, and highly recommend! The staff is so wonderful and nice, the food is great, the rooms are comfortable: everything you need to really relax :)

Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort is located near to Port Ghalib, 42 km from Marsa Alam. Everything is good and the reception team is very friendly. Ahmed is very friendly

Kids had a blast in the water slides and we did too. Food is very good (would only have enjoyed more Middle East options). Location is beautiful. Everything is clean.
