The owner, who works very hard to keep the property in good condition and customers happy, very kindly did a load of washing for us at no charge which was very much appreciated. Beautiful breakfast which was also plentiful and served to order. Beach supplies such as beach towels, bug spray, body boards and deck chairs also available to borrow which was very useful and kind.

Delicious menu, fresh products- that’s made us happy. And big THANK YOU to the staff (Ana, Andrea, Chris, Jerikson, Jimmy and the rest) who made our stay better, more fulfilled. That was a pleasure!

Boasting a saltwater infinity pool and barbecue facilities, 360 Splendor Del Pacifico Residences sits on the North Ridge of Playa Flamingo. The view is impressive, the service was outstanding, the apartment we had (308a) is beautiful with full of details, The house was shining from cleaning , that was one of our best apartments we ever stayed in our life, such a nice place to stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with an amazing view of the lake and the Tenorio volcano. The nature is beautiful and the garden very well mantained with hummingbirds. The view can be enjoyed from the endless pool. The music at the bar and restaurant is very nice and cocktails are excellent. The breakfast and dinner are also great, slightly overpriced though. The rooms are very nice, good air-conditioning, comfy beds, excellent shower. They are typical hotel rooms though so expect only the basic utensils in the kitchenette such as coffee machine, small fridge and glasses and cups. The location is very good as a starting point for both the Tenorio and Arenal volcano. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

To make the experience even better, we visited Playa San Juanillo featuring two calm bays separated by a narrow strip of sand. The crystal-clear waters and serene ambiance make it a perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling.
