I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Bucaramanga. The location is unbeatable—everything you need is just steps away, including banks, pharmacies, clinics, shopping stores, and a great variety of restaurants. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, which made the stay feel comfortable and safe. Speaking of safety, the secure entry system added an extra layer of peace of mind. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, varied, and well-prepared, a perfect way to start the day.

The room had a wonderful view of the mountains, and you could hear the sound of the stream at night. The room was clean and airy with a very spacious balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly with advice and suggestions. The breakfast was good. The location was in a quiet area but within walking distance of the center.

We are afamily of 4 adult, 1 toddler, 1 dog and stayed for 6 days in 3 rooms. This family run hotel has lovely friendly and helpful Spanish speaking staff, clean, comfortable & spacious rooms, very functional, stylish and spacious common areas. Enjoyed the firepit. Especially loved cooking in the large shared kitchen that was well equipped. Easy to communicate with before arrival and during the stay when out with WhatsApp. Staff accommodated for and assisted in organising birthday celebrations. Location is 8 minutes from the main road so was very peaceful with great views across the hills and cool breezes.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location was good, right up the road from a number of restaurants, but also quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
