We shared the table with two other guests and had lovely conversation over options like granola, yogurt, fruit, bread, and a selection of cheeses. The host has a beautiful bathroom (not attached to the room) with a jacuzzi tub that was most welcomed after four days of skiing in the Alps. The host does not speak any English so we were challenged to reactivate our high school French. She is so outgoing and patient in her communication that it was delightful to try to figure out what she was telling us and we never felt like we didn’t understand her recommendations, offerings, or expectations. Highly recommended!

Featuring a restaurant, Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg is located in Thun. Guests can enjoy a small wellness area including a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and some loungers on site. We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. Everything was great, but the stand out for me was the self laundry service. It was so helpful that we were thinking why other hotels don’t provide this facility!! Coming to the room, it was super spacious with an unbelievable view. Starting from the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone greeted us with a smile and always looking out to help. Over the course of our stay, on few occasions, we had dined at their in-house restaurant, and the food (as well as the service) was top notch

See hotell asub otse tuntud Blausee järve kaldal, kus on kristallselge sinine vesi. Hotellis on gurmeerestoran, kus pakutakse forelle ja muid maitsvaid hõrgutisi. Spaas on ka välimullivann. The staff made an upgrade of our room for free. We enjoyed our room so much and appreciated it. We also like the restaurant with local trout.

See mägimajakese stiilis hotell asub Berni Oberlandi piirkonnas Adelbodeni kesklinnas, suusatõstukitest 100 meetri kaugusel. Hotellis on peen Šveitsi köök, spaa ning sise- ja välibassein. Really nice place to stay. Good location within Adelboden and very kind and efficient staff. I wanted to stay in a Swiss chalet style hotel and Adler satisfied well my expectations. The restaurant serves good quality food with reasonable price.

The Beausite Park Hotel & Spa in the car-free village of Wengen is a little, sunny paradise at the foothills of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountain range offering superb views, fine cuisine and... What an amazing experience! The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, they communicated with us so that a shuttle was waiting to pick us up from the station when we arrived. And then there was the view from the room… words cannot describe it. Heavenly. I would love to come back here. It was quite expensive in our standards, but definitely worth every penny.

Built in a classic Swiss chalet style, the Aspen Alpine Lifestyle Hotel in Grindelwald is next to the hiking trails and ski slopes of the Kleine Scheidegg/Männlichen Area. Beautifully designed rooms and spaces, friendly and helpful staff, delicious healthy local food, beautiful spa, stunning view! Ski slopes all the way to the hotel. Free car park, and bus stop in front of the hotel. Wonderful place to stay!!
