Attention to detail, comfort, and good taste are the first things that come to mind when entering and leaving the hotel.
Overall amazing experience. Make sure you book for a heliski tour, I found out about it too late.

The decor of the hotel is cozy but stylish. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk into the door. There is a nice bar and a comfy lounge overlooking the water. Sunna, the restaurant within the hotel serves fantastic food, probably the best we had in Iceland.
